CABINET CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATION

Doors:
We use select grade BIRCH in all our Cabinet door frames. BIRCH is durable,
very uniform and one of the best material for the cabinet door. The center flat panel or raised
panel is full engineered (HDF) material.
Box Construction:
Carcasses are made with CARB PHASE 2 1/2” solid Plywood.
Exterior color is same as door color and interior is natural UV finished
Finish:
Exterior color, meaning faceframe and sides of box are the same as door color, and interior is natural UV finished.
Drawer Box:
Drawer box constructed of solid wood with a UV clear finish and are connected
with dovetail joints. All drawers come with a 1/4’ plywood bottom.
Shelve:
One full length Adjustable shelf comes with every 30” tall wall cabinets. Two
shelves come with 36” tall wall cabinets and three come with 42” tall cabinets.
Half length adjustable shelving comes with every base cabinet. Shelves are made
of 3⁄4” plywood and finished front and back.
Toe Kick:
Every base cabinet comes with 1/2” toe kick.
96” x 4 1⁄2” x 1/4” toe kicks are available as well.
Drawer Slides:
Under mounted, full extension, soft close. with meatal mounting brackets, far supperior to plastic used in most !
European Hinges:
6-way adjustable, concealed, 110 degree soft closing hinges
