Carolina Cabinet Warehouse offers a 10-Year Warranty Period that guarantees the cabinetry is free of defect in material or workmanship. Through the extent permitted by law, the warranty limitations / exclusions include:
The warranty is limited to residential use and to the original purchaser only. For example, if a builder purchases the cabinetry and then sells to a buyer, the builder is the purchaser.
Natural aging or darkening of the wood is not covered. Neither is the inherent growth of characteristics, or variation, in the wood. This warranty does not apply to products or parts purchased without a finish.
This warranty does not cover unsuitable installation, labor expenses in installing or uninstalling any material or parts.
This warranty does not cover storage, handling, wear and tear or damage / defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence or alteration.
This warranty does not cover any special, incidental or consequential damages whether arising out of breach of warranty, breach of contract tort or otherwise. (NOTE: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to specific custoimers.)

NOTE: Carolina Cabinet Warehouse will prepay ALL backorder shipping charges for the customer's product.
Order Modifications / Cancellations

Carolina Cabinet Warehouse's intent is to process all orders within 48 business hours of receipt. To modify or cancel an order, the customer must contact Carolina Cabinet Warehouse within 24 hours of placement. All cancelled orders will be subject to a 40% restocking fee, which does NOT include return shipping or transportation. Once Carolina Cabinet Warehouse processes the order, it is in transit and cannot be modified or cancelled. Any order already shipped from the warehouse cannot be cancelled for any reason.
Drawing Services / Design Services / Material List Policy

All design / quote services are provided based on the customer's measurements and are solely the customer's responsibility. All illustrations submitted for orders will be checked and drawn accordingly. It is then the customer's responsibility to check the drawing and/or list of cabinets against their project needs and verify all dimensions and sign off on the drawing. Carolina Cabinet Warehouse holds no responsibility, accountability or liability for incorrect cabinet sizes caused by improper measurements. This policy is in effect whether the customer submits their own cabinet drawing / design or if Carolina Cabinet Warehouse does a cabinet drawing / design for the customer.
Free Shipping Policy
Carolina Cabinet Warehouse offers FREE SHIPPING on orders that include at least $2,700 in cabinetry. The company also offers FREE SHIPPING of any cabinet samples. Hardware such as knobs and pulls are not included in the free shipping offer and may be subject to separate shipping costs.
When ordering cabinets for multiple units, please contact our Customer Service Center for quote assistance. Carrier freight volume restrictions may render large, multi-units orders ineligible for free shipping.
Curbside Product Delivery

The carrier freight company will contact the customer to arrange a 4-hour window of time for delivery that is mutually convenient. These timeframes are Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm local time. If the customer misses their appointment, they will incur re-delivery charges, which are the customer's sole responsibility. The customer may also be subject to daily storage fees from the carrier freight company.
Curbside product delivery fees include surface shipment within the US contiguous 48 states only. They do not include surcharges, which are rarely, but sometimes imposed on commercial vehicles in areas such as certain metropolitan areas, or locations only accessible by ferry. Generally, trucks can get to most residential addresses. However, some locations restrict commercial vehicle access. Examples of places the carrier freight truck cannot go include narrow lanes/alleys, islands, gated communities with truck restrictions, certain metropolitan areas, remote locations or unpaved roads.
If the customer lives in an area where surcharges or additional charges apply, they will be responsible for these charges. If the carrier freight truck cannot get to the customer's address for any reason, the customer must make arrangements to either meet the truck or get their shipment from the freight depot. If there are questions about delivery location, the customer should contact Carolina Cabinet Warehouse before placing their order.
Most orders arrive within 7-14 business days from the date of purchase. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm local time and must go to a physical street address. Carolina Cabinet Warehouse does not deliver to PO boxes. The driver will offload the shipment from the truck without the customer's help and deliver the products curbside. The customer will be responsible for moving the product from curbside to destination.
Receiving Product Shipment

Carolina Cabinet Warehouse highly recommends that the customer asks the driver to wait while they inspect the items included with their shipment. If the driver refuses to wait, the customer should immediately contact Carolina Cabinet Warehouse Customer Service Center at 800.481.0678 and document on the Bill of Lading that the driver refused to wait for the inspection.
As part of their shipment the customer must always receive a Bill of Lading. The customer should compare the original order against the Bill of Lading and the actual shipment received. If there are any missing items, they should be documented in detail on the carrier freight company's Bill of Lading. Thorough documentation allows for a much easier claim processing.
Although we make every effort to ensure you receive undamaged items, sometimes on occasion conditions beyond our control may damage your items within your shipment. Document any visible signs of damage at the time of delivery directly on the freight company's Bill of Lading. Taking pictures with a smart phone, digital camera or tablet to document the condition of the products is also highly recommended.
Once the customer has documented and photographed any missing or damaged items, they should email the Bill of Lading and any associated pictures of the damage to our Customer Service Center within 7 calendar days of product receipt so that a carrier freight claim can be processed. Carolina Cabinet Warehouse can not honor any missing or damage claims received beyond 7 (seven) calendar days of product delivery.
If the customer lives in an area where surcharges or additional charges apply, they will be responsible for these charges. If the carrier freight cannot get to the customer's address for any reason, the customer must make arrangements to either meet the truck or get their shipment from the freight depot. If there are questions about the delivery location, the customer should contact Carolina Cabinet Warehouse before placing their order.
Again, it is the customer's responsibility to verify each item on the Bill of Lading before the carrier freight truck leaves their location. The customer is also responsible for inspecting all products received for damages and/or defects before installation. Carolina Cabinet Warehouse can not honor any missing item claims that were not properly documented on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery and/or before installation. In addition, Carolina Cabinet Warehouse cannot honor any missing or damage claims received beyond 7 (seven) calendar days of product delivery.
Unpacking Product Shipment / Concealed Damages or Defects

Carolina Cabinet Warehouse is committed to ensuring that the customer is completely satisfied with the products shipped. After unpacking the shipment the customer may discover additional concealed damaged or defective products that were not visible during product shipment. The customer should save all damaged or defective products, as they may be required to return them to the manufacturer. When these situations occur, Carolina Cabinet Warehouse will pay the applicable return postage fees directly to the customer.
Once the customer has documented and photographed any missing or damaged items, they should email the Bill of Lading and any associated pictures of the damage to our Customer Service Center within 7 (seven) calendar days of product receipt so that a carrier freight claim can be processed. Carolina Cabinet Warehouse can not honor any missing or damage claims received beyond 7 (seven) calendar days of product delivery.
Carolina Cabinet Warehouse will provide replacement parts/items, but is not responsible for reimbursing any additional labor costs incurred for repairing or replacing damaged items. Some replacement parts are subject to availability and may be different than those originally supplied. Carolina Cabinet Warehouse will work as quickly as possible with the manufacturer to provide replacements. The customer can usually expect the replacement products within 7-14 business days.
Product Returns

A few factors may affect wood colors, including natural wood grain variations, actual picture quality, and/or monitor resolution. Carolina Cabinet Warehouse strongly recommends that all customers purchase a sample to ensure that the color matches the customer's needs.
Before Carolina Cabinet Warehouse processes a product return request, the Company must receive a copy of the original Bill of Lading, a completed "Return Material Authorization Form" that lists the items being returned and the reason for the return, and pictures of the products being returned. To receive credit for any product returns, the customer must complete and return the "Return Material Authorization Form" to Carolina Cabinet Warehouse PRIOR TO shipping back any product. All product must be in their original, unopened packaging and in good condition.
To process a claim, send a notification to Carolina Cabinet Warehouse with the original Bill of Lading, a completed "Return Material Authorization Form", and pictures of the products being returned. Please allow 7 (seven) business days from return shipment date for the product manufacturer to inspect all returned items for damage. Once the manufacturer has verified that everything is correct with the return, the customer will receive a credit, minus the return shipping costs to the manufacturer and a 40% restocking fee. NOTE: The shipping costs for the original product order WILL NOT be refunded to the customer.
Once assembled, manufacturers' policies do not allow Carolina Cabinet Warehouse to accept any returns on cabinetry, for any reason. It is the customer's responsibility to verify all measurements prior to ordering and installation so that they are satisfied that the correct product has been ordered.
