Sink Tilt Out Tray
A sink tilt-out tray is an alternative piece of woodwork used in place of a false drawer front beneath a sink. The area can be used to store small wares like washcloths, hand soap, and sponges. These furniture pieces are used as storage areas between the sink's bowl and the face frame of the cabinets. This area is often wasted, and false drawers create an impression of a storage space. A sink tilt-out tray enables homeowners to use the space without obstructing the access to the dishwasher, garbage disposals, sink pipes and other appliances that utilize plumbing.
The trays can be manufactured in different sizes and from a variety of materials like stainless steel, plastic, and acrylic. They are easily tilted out from the frame of the cabinet and can hold a good number of small items. Other names for a sink tilt-out trays are sink front trays and sink tip-out trays.
