A spice rack is a tool used to organize and store seasoning and spice bottles. These racks are available in an assortment of styles, sizes and materials. There are different types of spice racks. A spice rack may be a small shelf placed in a pantry ora wire shelf hanging on the pantry cabinet door. A spice rack can feature tilted shelves that ease the process of identifying various spices while others are built to store the bottles vertically.

 

A spice rack can also be designed in a way that they can be pulled out of pantry cabinets. In such cases, the rack will have two or three shelves that can be easily accessed from both sides. Spice racks can also be made in the form of towers that rotate like a carousel. Spice racks can be manufactured using wood, wire or plastic and the number of bottles that can be stored at a time differs between designs.
