Stock Cabinet
Stock cabinets are constructed using standard dimensions and styles. They offer homeowners limited options but are of lesser prices than custom built cabinets. These cabinets are constructed off-site and are made in standard measurements. There is a wide variety of wood types used in constructing stock cabinets but stock cabinets don't offer many options consumers when compared to custom cabinets. In the past, stock cabinets were often called the "bare bones" of cabinets; this isn't the case anymore. Homeowners can still use stock cabinets to achieve their desired styles even with the limited options.
They are readily available to be ordered and can be delivered to the consumer's kitchen directly. Though stock cabinets are less expensive when compared to custom cabinets, their standard sizes may not fit in all kitchens. This can make a bit challenging for consumers to achieve uniformity and consistency throughout the kitchen space.
